Approve Timesheets in Bulk

Select several submitted timesheets and approve them in bulk. Now you don’t have to approve timesheets individually. From submitted timesheets select those you want to approve and click Approve.

Track Time Without Project Setting

You can now enable time tracking without a project so your workspace members can track time without being assigned to a project. Enable time tracking without project in Settings > Tracker > Allow tracking without a project.

Break Tracking

Now you can track break time with the Desktop App. Break Tracking lets you see how much time each workspace member took for break. To enable break tracking, you must first create Break Policies. Learn how to track Break Time and create Break Policies in Help Center.

Break Policies

Break Policies are here with Break Tracking is here. Now you can create Break Policies (e.g. coffee break, lunch) in settings. Then workspace members can then select the break type (policy) they took when they restart the tracker after idle time. Note that break is recorded separately from tracked work time.

New Pay Periods in Timesheets

Now you can set custom and twice a month pay periods when assigning timesheet approvals. It means timesheets can be submitted not only daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly, but also twice a month and at a custom time that you set.

Team Manager Permissions Expanded

We have added new permissions to the Team Manager member type.
Now, Team Managers can:

See and edit the tracked data of their team members (including that of Executives)
Invite members to their team
Edit, delete, and archive members in their team
See, create, edit, and delete the shifts of their team members
Assign timesheet approvals to their team members

Add Holidays for Specific Members and Teams

Now you can add holidays for specific members and teams. It means that for each member and team, you can set distinct holidays and the tracker will work accordingly.

If you have a team from around the world, you can add and mark country-specific holidays as non-working and it will only apply to the selected members and teams.

Improved Attendance Report

We are improving the Attendance Report to make it more intuitive to use. You will be able to create charts based on attendance data, drag and drop columns, and view the attendance details of separate members, a whole team, or the whole workspace.

The improved Attendance Report will give you more flexibility in managing employee attendance, not only individually, but as a whole as well.
